The team did a great job. I love the little picture of the contents for the wall art and the boxes, too. Thank you for the little details with attaching a nail and hook to hang pictures on the wall, adding a reinforcement backing and wire for hanging the pictures that didn't have one already.

I was very happy with how my textiles were cleaned and very neatly folded and packaged. I appreciated being informed by Tiffany Hite regarding whether or not I wanted my unsalvageable goods destroyed or delivered to me. Very easy communication and quick response time to all of my emails and questions. The person who delivered the goods was great - cannot recall his name - but he was a young guy and very respectful and courteous, and right on time! I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend Prism

Professional and informative
Everything was carefully wrapped and packed for storage, which was for two years. They worked with me to deliver and reinstall the items when we needed them. Mike took special care with difficult items which included a large crystal chandelier and a baby grand piano. They were professional and caring about our property. God forbid we have another fire, but if the worst happened, we would be depending on Prism Specialties (formerly Electronic Recovery Services) again.
I have never in my life worked with a more professional..accommodating …detail oriented..organized company!!!! I am beyond impressed!!! Every piece of my artwork and electronics were beautifully and securely cleaned and packed. In addition every box had a photo of every item in each box!!!!

The services Prism provides is outstanding. The cloths, couch covers and drapes were immaculately cleaned with no smoke smell. The electronics were also taken good care came back in good condition.
