Lindsey was amazing to deal with from the very start and getting everything set up, including up to the install. The installer was right on time, and had everything installed quickly and went through everything with my mother in-law since i could not be there. And the transition has been flawless and everything works better then what i have had previously.

I just installed tv now. I'm still learning how to use the service. I had trouble with the wireless router, but was able to fix the issue with support from the help desk.
