Mathnasium has really helped my daughter's confidence in her math abilities grow. She started Mathnasium in 4th grade and she was really struggling then to learn her multiplication facts. With consistent attendance 2-3 times a week for 4 years, she is now in Honors math and feels confident in her math learning. Every instructor and location director has been wonderful .I love the way mathnasium is run because instructors get to know a student's needs. It feels like there is individualized attention. I do miss though the personalized progress updates.
Mathnasium Citrus Heights does a great job with our daughter and are very flexible with scheduling options etc. It's been a tremendous help elevating her confidence and results in school.
My daughter actually likes going to math tutoring and I can see marked improvement in her math grades since she has started. She said the instructors explain things more clearly than her teachers and she finds it to be a really useful resource. The instructors also make it fun for the kids and even have a reward system for the kids.

This is a great place for students who are motivated and need help with their school work. My son needed some help to keep up with his double-accelerated math class and he's been doing well in his precalc and AP Calc BC since he joined here.
The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive and easy to work with. It is a calm and safe space for the students to work.
