We have been very pleased with the daycare and boarding services. As a wheelchair user I am extremely grateful for the drop off and pick up services so I don’t have to park and unload my chair for a 2 minute interaction.
Dogs are provided with a climate controlled environment to play and socialize. In Florida, especially in summer it’s very hot and pavement even too hot for their paws.
Of concern, is the continual overturning of employees. I wish there was better staff retention.
They are very caring and loving to your dog. They make you feel comfortable in leaving your dog in their care.
I’ve been bringing my mini Aussiedoodle Grizzly there nearly every day since June. Boarded him 4 or 5 times. Used grooming service several times as well. He loves it there! The staff is friendly and accommodating.
I have already told quite a few dog owners about Dogtopia!

Everything. I love the staff. I feel like my puppy is safe and loved and looked after as I would look after her. She means the world to me. I’m a little too connected to the puppy. And I’m thankful that the staff accepts it and takes care of her. I feel like a real person to every staff member. They’re so kind and thoughtful and they talk to you when you’re dropping off and when you’re picking up and it just makes you feel special. It feels like that second family. I tell everyone about Dogtopia that will listen. I’m so absolutely happy to have found it!
The staff is friendly - they always greet my dog by name, and even recognize our cars when we come to pick her up! The staff seem to enjoy working at Dogtopia which indicates they have a great working environment. I also like the coupons they occasionally provide for nail trims. :)
We were introduced to Dogtopia by our son’s friend Trenton (he is at the Longwood location). We decided to check out the location near us in Winter Park and it has been amazing. Felt so welcome and cheerful. We checked out dog in at location on Alafaya and we met Riley and what a great staff. He checked our dog in effortlessly (checked our vaccination, meet and greet as well as informed us to download the apps ao we can see our puppy on the webcam). Our first dog day care is free after meet and greet. Our puppy loves it. We decided to treat our puppy for a spa. She smells so fresh and her nails all trimmed. In addition, It was fun to see our puppy on the webcam while we are not with her. I would take our puppy back again for sure. Thank you.
The employees are great with the dogs. I also like the webcam availability.

DJ and Mike are fantastic and I'm so glad they've been there so long. The team definitely loves on our dogs like they were their own, and the crafts are so fun!
Lulu has the best time at the Longwood Dogtopia! The staff is amazing!! It has gotten so much better in the last few months.

Really so appreciated what she did to take care of our dog Harley during boarding him at the Thanksgiving holiday and it was our first time to try Dogtopia and first time ever for our dog to be on boarding for some days outside home.

Hours; friendly staff; location
The Longwood Dogtopia is a fantastic dog daycare facility. The staff are genuinely concerned for every dog’s safety, welfare and happiness. This location does not over populate the play areas and they have very attentive staff who keep a close eye on the animals and pay attention to them as though they are their own.
I have experienced other Dogtopia facilities in other states and they are NOT all the same!! Longwood has been from the beginning and still is run extremely well!!! I’m hoping they keep it up!!! It’s a wonderful place .
Everything from the time I signed up to now: the professionalism, well kept center, from greeting at curb side drop off and pick up. Also, the fact that I can monitor my furry baby while he’s there. Whenever I have a question , everyone knows how to answer the question. I love the location and flexibility.
Wonderful staff who obviously love dogs and know how to handel a room of them! My dogs love it here.
