My dog is happy there.
I like everything about your services, from the greetings, care of my puppy, keeping me informed as to how Andy is behaving with people and other pups. I like that I can bring him at any time and the same with pickup. Andy is very happy coming home and needless to say, quite ready for a long nap. I feel he is in good hands. a big thumbs up for all of you!
All of the staff go out of their way to meet our needs with our pet and she enjoys the playtime. They are professional by making sure all pets are safe during daycare play. The atmosphere with staff is always professional yet friendly.
The only thing I would change is boarding in regards to an unstaffed facility overnight while pets are boarded. No recommendations on your boarding. Sorry....Hopefully you will consider changes in that regard.
They LOVE LOVE my dog. She is a husky, she is mute everywhere else, even at home. She talks the husky language only at daycare. She LOVES each one of them. They spoil her and love on her…and it’s real. She is my whole heart, she brought me through tough life hurdles and is my world. To see her so happy and loved means the world. She loves playing w all her fur friends, and sleeps on the way home. She is living her BEST LIFE at Dogtopia!!

Tilghman loves his days at ‘school’. He is stimulated during and exhausted at the end of the day. Dogtopia is right down the street and we relish our nice calm walk to decompress before he plops down on the cool tile floor to nap when we get home.
The whole team that works there is so friendly and I know they treat my dog well!
I love that they have a dedicated person in the rooms at all times. They are all knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and they can handle different quirks dogs may have. I also love how they get to know your pet and treat them like they are their own. The camera is a definite plus so you can check on your pet.

My dog loves coming! I really like how they remember who Bear is at the desk. I love that if I need to board him, I know you guys are an option. I love how they can give him a bath there if he gets stinky from playing too.
Daycare
The staff was very friendly and they definitely took great care of my dog. I received communication about how he was doing daily and that was much appreciated. I was delayed coming to pick him up due to business travel issues and they were understanding and empathetic. I will be bringing him back if my job requires me to travel again. They truly are a great caring team.

My dog Rowan (Lab Golden mix) has been at Dogtopia since 8 weeks old and just turned 3 years old on May 3rd she remains social with other dogs and people, she gets playtime. She seems to like and be liked by all the staff. She is always happy to arrive... and always greets front staff when leaving I take her with me whenever I can. I believe she would rather be doing things with me than home alone. I believe Dogtopia plays a giant role in her demeanor and makes this possible.

My experience from the very beginning has been incredible, I always feel welcomed and I love how they treat my dog & he loves going and seeing his friends and playing, and we love it because he’s tired & sleeps!
