Convenience, location and variety of exercises. I also enjoyed my yoga instructor Mary on Saturday mornings at 8 am. In the future, I will be taking private swimming lessons as well.
Pleasant staff, good equipment, clean facility.
If i have any complaint, it is that SOME weightlifters drop their weights with a loud bang
instead of lowering them quietly. Someone on the staff could politely inform them that
exercise occurs both in lifting and lowering, and it's not cool to be so noisy.
Probably not very good for the floor either..
My favorite thing is that it’s designed with the whole family in mind. We don’t have to search for child care, and we can even include them in some family workouts as well!

Everyone there. Randy is great aqua fitness leader whose smile and laughter always makes my days happy ones. Sheryl (sp) aqua fitness is another bright spot in my week. Staff is wonderful, and the members more like family than simply acquaintances. Love my Y!

The people that work at the southeast YMCA are the best! I use the facility often and have interacted with several people and they have all been pleasant and helpful. The equipment is maintained and the work out room is spacious.

Everyone was so nice and made my kids feel very comfortable. They kept my kids busy the entire class which was great because they are definitely stronger swimmers now that they attended these classes. Thank you to Miss Kristen, Mr. Ben and Mr. Bizo!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
