I love the Southeast Y. Staff and members are so friendly. I mostly do the aqua fitness classes. The instructors are amazing; especially, Carla. She’s so dedicated and giving. Truly a blessing to the Y!

I love thee Getting Moving Class with Keisha and Robbie . Both are great instructors and care about those in the class. It is wonderful to enter the classroom with no yellow tape on the floor and a barrier in front of the instructor. I

I love the people at the y. The staff at the Southeast Y is the best.
1) The aqua fitness classes. They are simply amazing. It would be great to get all of the 8 am 9
am classes back in a full half pool. Now that people are vaccinated the classes seem to get
larger weekly. We need a full shallow end. Many times the lap lane(s) are empty during these
classes and could have been used to accommodate more people.
Quite a few people like to exercise in the deepest end of the shallow water and if the lap lanes
are not being used that would give room for 2-4 extra spaces. Maybe we could get back to the
full 1/2 pool from 8am-10am as it was for years. That may attract more members in the future.
2) The aqua fitness instructors. Carla, Rose, Karen, Emily, Cheryl, Denise, Marcella (deep water)
3) The Forever Young Group. Great camaraderie, great trips. Bethany does a fantastic job. I
don't think we could do it without her.
4) The staff is great from top to bottom. All of them are very approachable in interactive with the
members.

It provides variety of exercise program to meet individual need. It has good music choices to accompany the exercise.

My kids stay active and are outdoors most of the time.
The program keeps my son engaged and active and provides an opportunity for him to engage with other kids, something as an extrovert he has desperately needed this year.
The southeast Y has been a very supportive and friendly environment and my child has greatly enjoyed the programs.
The kids have fun outside all day everyday!!

Summer Camp is the absolute best thing anyone can do for their child. They are always active and doing new and fun things. You know it worth it when your child comes home and crashes on the couch.
