Love the Norton Commons especially the yoga classes, weight machines, lap pool, and indoor track! Instructors and other employees great as are all the facilities!
The attitude of the employees: Always cheerful and willing to help.
I have, however, found general maintenance to be wanting: Twice in three days there was no soap in the men locker showers. This should very predictable, and should be a routine handled on a regular schedule. I must say that once I mentioned it to the white haired gentleman at the entrance, he immediately said - with genuine concern and care - that he would take care of it himself - which goes back to the first comment about attitude.
Clean facility, professional staff, great swim instruction! We drive across town because it's our favorite Y.

My son has loved being in swim lessons for over a year. Justine is awesome and is so flexible when it comes to scheduling.
The kids club is so welcoming and friendly. The facility is beautiful and well organized. The only thing that I would change would be the bathrooms but those you can look past when you see all the other amenities. Plus they have a dedicated room for breastfeeding, it’s amazing and peaceful.

The indoor track is fantastic and the staff are a friendly and keep things running smoothly. I would also like to compliment one of the staff members , Jit. He is exceptionally good at his job. He interacts with people so well and has such a positive disposition.

Love the indoor track on 2nd floor level, and the jacuzzi next to the sauna & pool at Norton Commons. Wish Northeast Y location had equivalent facilities for adults.
