The YMCA is steeped in history, and it's pedigree shows. The energy in the facilities, staff, coaches, and members is helpful, healthy, and strong. My adult children participated in the sports programs twenty plus years ago, and the community feeling is still strong.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and in good order. I really like the indoor track as a great deal of my routine is walking which I am able to do regardless of the weather.

I enjoy taking the classes, especially BodyPump and Muscle Definition. The instructors are great--all different but all teach so that everyone gets a good workout.

My kids get so excited when we're able to come to the center. The kids favorite area is the pool, the staff is very welcoming, and the building is super clean!
