I like the availability of a hot tub, but wish it was bigger or more than 1. It is often crowded by that I mean more than 3 people which is about all who can comfortably fit

Great, clean facility with friendly staff. Price is very expensive but you get what you pay for.
The childcare at Norton Commons is amazing and the reason I drove pretty far to come to this location specifically. Two notes for improvement is the upright exercise bikes need fixed—they are both wobbly now and the feet need adjusted; machine shakes when you are using it and seems to cause me hip pain because of it. Also half the women’s bathroom stalls are missing a functioning wastebasket for feminine products so not sure what we are supposed to do with those. Otherwise the facility is excellent and I appreciate the cleanliness and variety of equipment. Thank you!

The kids club absolutely rules. The kids have a blast in there and the young ones are well taken care of. The whole reason we get to use the entirety of the facilities as much as we do completely hinges on the Kids Club being there and ran so well!

All the effort that was put in to help me be a part of the Weight Loss Program when I was not able to be present for the meetings. I truly appreciated the weekly phone calls to do my check-ins and all the positivity. I definitely feel I'm on a positive track to being healthier and happier.
