I really like the welcoming feeling from the Y. It’s more like a community get together than a “gym”!
However, many of us would like to see Loren teach a half an hour meditation/yin yoga class after her flow yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday.
At least 20 people signed a suggestion card. We were told the room needed to be cleaned at that time. REALLY? It takes almost 2 hours to clean that room? Yoga is over at 2:45 pm and the next class doesn’t start until 4:30. If a meditation class starts at 2:45 and over at 3:15, wouldn’t that allow enough time (1 hour and 15 min) for cleaning?

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, well kept building and grounds, variety of classes.
Seriously the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I always feel insecure walking in especially bc I use the pool. I’m a heavier set woman and already have enough on my mind about being in a bathing suit, but then I see the smiling staff, who are so nice, and even the lifeguards are so earnest, that literally my insecurities go away.
Treadmills go longer than 60 minutes.
The class is in the instructors are very motivating the track is nice and a lot of ways to use.
Appreciate options of evening lap pool classes!! Love the indoor walking/running track. Would enjoy more options of cardio challenging aqua fitness classes. Can we please have hydrocycles?
I love the family atmosphere. There is something for everyone. Also, the customer service is excellent. We walk in and immediately feel at home.
