It is a complete facility with activities and care for all ages and abilities. It has pools, a track, some outside areas, a basketball court, excellent classes and more.
The only possible complaint is that as the neighborhood grows it's becoming more crowded.

Very helpful and friendly staff... plenty of equipment for all the exercises. Someone to help show you how to properly set up the machines and which ones to use for what I am trying to accomplish would be nice but I really enjoy the facility

Friendly employees, equipment in good shape, peaceful work out. Child care staff wants to see the children come my little one enjoys her time, play and crafts while I work out.
