Location and hours.
They have good programs that show clear guidance for each level. The instructors are doing a good job of teaching kids from a very basic level to advanced techniques. We (the parents) always get feedback on what our kids need to improve each season so we know our kids' progress. Overall compared to other swimming lesson places, this place is the best value (especially if we're a member of the YMCA).

It is a very safe and secure facility at Norton Commons, YMCA…. Unfortunately, I have seen a lot of bad elements come into gyms recently and that’s why I decided to join safe and secure from what I can see. Thank you for making sure only members enter the gym.

The ability to come anytime for a workout . Staff members are very friendly .NE Y is near my home and the library is across the street from Y making it an added advantage.

Very friendly place. Perfect size to relax and enjoy. However, I miss not having a whirlpool/hot tub.
