Lots of classes to choose from, great instructors! I’ve been a member since 2007, and wouldn’t switch to any other gym.
The workout environment is so much better than other gyms.
I like the cost of our family membership. The facilities are clean and the equipment works well. The employees are friendly and helpful. The kids like to come and play in the Kid Zone, pool and participate in the kids activities so much they hate to leave. We will be leaving Kentucky soon and moving to Virginia. We so hope the facilities are the same or better or we might have to move back...LOL
The staff and members are very nice. I see various small communities within the building and that is appealing to those looking to connect with others.
The people here are so very friendly and helpful. Equipment is readily available and modern. Personal trainers are also available

The staff at Northeast is fantastic! They are very kind and friendly. My goal this summer is to participate in more group classes because my interactions around the gym with several leaders has been so positive.

There isn’t much I don’t like!! Actually the only thing is that I’d like to see more personal trainers because sometimes scheduling is difficult. I see Jenny! She’s worth the wait though! Personal training has really helped increase my knowledge of how to work out and also my strength. Jenny knows when to push and has really helped give me confidence that I can do more than I think!
It’s family christian atmosphere. They are very inclusive of all types of people.

I like how clean the facility is and the staff/instructors really seem to care. It would be great if you offered Monday and/or Wednesday night yoga classes.
Love my classes. Love my friends. HATE that I can’t use my Silver Sneakers benefit to pay for the Y. Used it at Middletown but not NE. Bring it back, please
