Mason is an amazing instructor. He is very hands on with the kids and does great with demonstrating technique. He makes the class very fun for the little ones. My son really liked him too. We hope to see more of him in the future!

It has all the equipment one could possibly need for cardio and weight training. Clean lockers, showers, and dry sauna. Very friendly, helpful and MASKED staff! The best!

recommend enlarging locker area/services to include personal locker/boxes to keep personal materials at Y at all times and laundry service (like downtown branch has)
