Cleanliness and kid friendly
I like the friendly employees of the Northeast Y. I have been a member of this branch since it opened, attend daily, and have never come across an employee that was not friendly or helpful. This statement sounds sexist or bias, however it is not made with that intent , the newly hired male employees have made a great difference in the cleanliness of the adult men's locker room.
The help available in the wellness, machine and weight area is always helpful when needed.
I have noticed the uptick in maintenance throughout the facility.

It’s a great place to go to for exercise, friendships, and informative meetings. All of the activities for seniors helps keep me active.
