I like the group exercises. Stephanie is a great instructor because she shows a lot of modifications. I also like the incentive in the first 3 months to come in 8x a month and get a prize :)

Very friendly staff and patrons. Unhappy patrons are not usually friendly! Instructors are very caring and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and personable to my kids and I love the convenience . They have so much to offer and as a single mom to 4 it's been a huge help!
