The lap swim pool. It's the only thing I use. I'm completely dependent on it to keep my weight down and be healthy. I have a knee prosthesis that prevents any type of dry land cardio
hours and personal training
The people who work there and the people who go there. The abundance of equipment and the variety of classes. Holy yoga!
The swimming instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. They are definitely the best around.
I like the family atmosphere.
Facilities are in good condition, and personnel are always very friendly.
The instructors really seem to enjoy the children. My niece looks so forward to her lessons.

I feel great after my lap swimming workout
I like the staff and the workout equipment available. I would like longer hours of operation, though.
The swimming program was great. My four year old started in May and the results were amazing. She went from being afraid of jumping in to willingly jumping in going under water and coming back up with the beginning swimming skills she learned. She wasn’t ever comfortable floating on her back and now she loves it. I can’t believe how quickly she gained confidence in herself and we can’t wait to get her back early next year for more lessons. She has a lot to learn and the Y is where we’ll continue to have her grow as a swimmer.
