Front desk check in are always nice, even at 7:30 am. Just people to talk to that are also working out. Helps make the time go fast.

The instructor was very engaging with my daughter. She is usually very reserved around new people but he instantly made her comfortable and at ease. The class was small but I could tell that he would have been just as engaging no matter the class size. She had so much fun and can’t stop talking about wanting to go back.

It is a very friendly place.
I only use the pool. Every time I have gone, the pool is clean, the area the pool is in is clean. The staff is great. When I am the only one in the pool, one of the lifeguards changes the music to music the music my generation would like. I am 66 ansI like the 'good' oldies. I appreciate that.

There's alot of things First I enjoy the people at the desk so friendly a plus for any establishment, the cleanliness of the facility, I really enjoy the warm pool however the humidity level is a little bad in there, Suggestion have the large vent cleaned over by the equipment room , your humidity system would work more efficiently
