Everybody there is very welcoming. They offer smart start to help you get an exercise program together if you want it. We are seniors and don’t feel out of place. There are group activities in and out of the swimming pools if you want that. They will give you a tour so get moving and give it a try.

I feel at home there exercising and seeing friends. Feels especially comfortable for someone my age - 69.
