My Stay Strong Class

Multiple floors ,lots of equipment, no real waiting to use equipment
The proximity to my work makes things so much simpler for me. I live closer to the SW YMCA, but getting there from work isn’t as convenient. I love Troy at the front desk as well!

The sauna is definitely my favorite part. I also like that it is very spacious so I do not feel crowded while working out.

The facility is nice and has lots of options for workouts. I like the Locke rooms and showers are always clean. It’s nice to have a sauna and steam room too. I haven’t taken a class since joining again but hope to soon!

There are several floors with many options. Diana at the front desk is very friendly and helpful!
It’s quiet, clean, I never have to wait for a machine and the staff are great. Most notably Brittany.

The proximity from my house and the diversity of things to do while in the facilities.
It’s very inviting! The facility is very clean and the staff are really nice. The Y is different than most gyms because it not just a gym but a family community and offer more than just machines. Worth the money!
