Great Staff, clean facility, a MULTITUDE of workout options.
This is a very clean facility. It offers alot of options for the whole family ages 2 to 100. The people are friendly and the pool has alot of lanes for swimming.
Convenient location

The staff made it very easy to sign up and are always smiling when I walk in. I only use the pool but the lifeguards greet folks as they come in and when they leave. The perfect location for me as I live in Old Louisville and walk everywhere. A swell facility.

Plenty of free weights, machines and options. The Downtown Louisville Y is large enough that everyone has plenty of room to exercise, especially with Covid going on.
