Great place! Wonderful staff.

I took my dog to the Frederick Dogtopia for a meet and greet/evaluation and the facility was awesome! We were shown around by Victor, the Business Development Manager who was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. The facility was clean and bright. The dogs were playing and appeared to be having fun. There is a canine coach in every play room. After my doggie passed the evaluation I left him there for a few hours and the helpful staff showed me how to access the webcam from my phone so I could check up on him from home (which I did!). My dog had a great time and I think besides the day we brought him home from the shelter, it was his most exciting day ever. I highly recommend the Frederick Dogtopia and plan to use them for boarding, spa, and occasional day care.

Reese, our labrador, loves Dogtopia! The staff are always very friendly towards him and always interacting with the dogs when I check in on camera. They're quick to clean up any accidents and provide plenty of water. Reese is always tired after a long day of play ;)

Dogtopia in Frederick did a wonderful of making sure my dog Coda was happy in his meet and greet. The staff was friendly, informative, professional, and treated the dogs like their own. We can’t wait to come back for day care!

Dogtopia really caters to what dog owners are looking for. Not only is it a boarding facility , but they also provide all day “doggy day care” and play time while your dog is boarded. The price is very reasonable for having the day care and play time included with your boarding. Unlike other facilities who charge you for every minute of every hour that you want your dog to have playtime, Dogtopia’s price is already included. The price also includes feedings for your dog, unlike other places that charge you to give food to your dog even if you supply your own food. Dogtopia is hands down the best place to board your dog or just take your dog for a nice play date!

They are transparent and the dogs have a great time attending daycare.

Quality and fair prices

I feel very comfortable leaving Gypsy in the care of the friendly & knowledgeable staff at Dogtopia ! I love being able to watch her play throughout the day via the webcam. I do not feel comfortable taking Gypsy to a dog park where I am unsure of the other dogs temperament or if they are up to date on their shots. At Dogtopia I do not have to worry about this. Gypsy loves her play dates at Dogtopia!

I love that I can watch my fur baby have fun with her BFFF's!!

Staff, cleanliness of facility.

The convenience and cleanliness of the facilities, knowledgeable and friendliness of the staff. Have yet to use any of the services but will very soon.

Our puppy… Lady Glitter Sparkles absolutely loves coming to Dogtopia of Frederick. The staff has been well trained and it shows that they love what they do. The facility is clean, organized and well-maintained. We like the constant interaction and supervision in the play rooms as well… Being able to watch remotely on the web cam is a huge plus for us! We will be recommending you to all of our puppy parent friends!
