The entire team is friendly, responsive, and clearly adore my boy. They greet him by name, give him pets and scritches, and I always see them being so attentive when I am able to tune in to what Syd is up to on the camera that day. Every time I reach out with a request or question I get prompt responses and the kindest customer service. The transition to the new system has been a little rocky. Previously I was able to cancel days up until 900 on the day. Can’t do that anymore and I have to call. It’s an inconvenience especially if I can’t get ahold of anyone. I hope the new system is modified to fix this.

My dog, Otto, always comes home happily exhausted. The employees @ Dogtopia love the dogs and know them by name. I drop Otto off and don’t worry about him. I have full confidence that my baby doggie is safe, secure, and healthy. Great employees!

I like the ordinary routine that they keep to in the rooms. It doesn’t deviate and I appreciate that. I like that they have rest time. The staff are wonderful, friendly knowledgeable because I’m handicapped several of them go out of their way to help me and I’m very appreciative of that. They bring Oliver out to me after he’s finished playing and they come to the car when I drive up and take him in. He loves the attention.
The rooms are exceptionally clean as is the front area when we check in. That makes me feel like the dogs are protected as well. Gerri ONeill

Our two boys, 12 and 4, always enjoy their visits to Dogtopia, and as dog parents we are always impressed with every staff member with whom we come into contact, as well as with all the staff members we see via webcam. They all enjoy their work, understand how to play and attend to the dogs, and are always attentive to any requests we may have. We have zero worries or concerns when we leave the "boys": we know they are in excellent hands, and once home we can tell their visits were successful!

I like that Dogtopia is open early and dogs can be picked up later if needed. I think the monthly themes and corresponding activities are adorable. It’s also nice to have the option to have my dog groomed if needed, during her stay.
