All employees are friendly, knowledgeable and caring...The Tanque Verde Location was clean
and well organized..We were surprised how large the play areas are, which gives our dog
enough room to play..The trainers are exceptional! The trainers took the time to pet
every dog and make sure their needs were meet..All our questions were answered with care
for our concerns..The Dog webcam is wonderful, however, we cannot get anything else done
because we are watching our girl all day long!! Thank you for such a great facility...

Convenience, staff, location

Being able to drop off my pup any time of day. The team at Tanque Verde is wonderful! I also love being able to check in on my pup through the cameras just to see what kind of fun they're having. I once got caught up watching the pups chase around bubbles when the bubble making machine was turned on!

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seem to care about our pets. Also love being able to watch what’s happening to my girl in video cam.

The staff is so friendly and attentive. Teddy jumps out of the car when we arrive and they always greet him with a warm welcome. I love the feeling knowing Teddy is going to be taken care of while I’m at work or running errands. He always comes home happy and exhausted. The lead person gave us some good information and advise when ee picked up our dog. She seemed very knowledgeable about dog behavior.

Very thorough Meet and Greet introduction. My dogs were comfortable with the attendants greeting them for the first time and each one went off very happily to there 20 min. Test. Both passed and enjoyed there stay. We shall be returning, bought play times for the rest of month. So happy there is a place for my dogs to be dogs in out area. Thank you again.

Tiny is exceptional. He understands the dogs and the dogs love him. I can tell he truly loves what he does. Tiny is one of a kind.

Shelly is a wealth of knowledge regarding dogs. She loves the dogs as well. It is always nice to see her face when I drop off my dog. And Shelly is my dog’s “girlfriend”.

My dog is happy and played out when I pick him up, When I get home he is nice and rested.
