My daughter is a junior at Fort Dorchester High and is enrolled in the early college program with DD2 schools. She is taking college algebra through Trident Technical College. She got a 71 on her first test. Knowing that she can be kicked out of the program if she fails this class and knowing that due to covid-19 this class is being taught virtually, we decided to enroll her in Mathnasium. She has received an A on her last 2 tests and we are waiting for her mid-term grade to post. Mathnasium has definitely helped her.
My grandson seems to be doing well but going in person twice a week would do him much more good.
My daughter likes the in person learning experience and feedback!

My daughter feels very comfortable with her tutor who is also female. I believe that it helps her to see that girls can do math too and she is not intimidated to ask questions.

Everyone is wonderful ! Everyone is easy to work with and very friendly. But the biggest reason I heartily recommend Mathnasium is that my son is getting the help he needs with his college level work. I recommend Mathnasium to everyone.

Did a great job for my son in 4th grade who had missed a lot of school with the Pandemic and Kidney surgery the year before. He was behind and was caught up. His confidence is so much higher!

My daughters went to mathnasium pre-covid and really enjoyed it. I’d come in almost 3 times a week if I could. After covid I did like the virtual option but I don’t like how it’s limited to twice a week. I also think progress through the curriculum is slower than school. I do like the concept and I’ve worked with the Charleston and Summerville locations and they have been a great group of people.
My grandson is understanding math and very pleased with his progress.
