I enjoy the experience very much, and the community. I have taken great classes with Lisa, Marta, Rebecca, and Morgan.
That being said, I do need to mention that Raj's Yoga Sculpt class was not a class that I enjoyed.
He seemed very erratic, and so did the movements. The core section of the class did not seem very safe for anyone that experiences lower back issues - I know my body, so I modified the movements but his style did not seem like a responsible way of guiding a class.
I hope that classes are occasionally audited by senior instructors who can potentially assist with his teaching style.
Great teachers who really know what a sculpt workout should be :) Love the early morning times too!

Love this studio for 20 years
I really enjoy Alyssa's classes. I like how dynamic her flows are, almost bordering on a sculpt class, and I like her music. The given cues help me stay in the moment and focus on what she's saying, as well as connecting my breath to movement. Very much recommend!
