I love the teachers and the yoga sculpt classes and the energy from the teachers. I love the challenging yoga sculpt classes. Going to the cherry creek core power is like a sanctuary for me. The entire community is incredible. Everyone is supportive of one another and loves being there. You are welcome to go and take class and be in your life and share your life there. The managers are great and take good care of the studio. Oh, the people I love there are Riley, Rebecca, Stephanie, Meg, Liz Mo, Gideon, Katie, Annika, Cody and many more instructors. It’s such a healthy, loving and supportive environment!

I've been a (very) long time yoga practitioner, even at the Cherry Creek location since the the mid-2005 when it opened as Yoga On 6th. What I love about the CC studio is how we the current management (Katie & Gideon) have created a cared for, professional space. I came to a class during the day a few weeks ago only to see Katie and and other Instructor working on a Zoom call clearly discussing training techniques. It was so fun to see this happening as I checked in, the excitement of growth and sharing the community.

Very clean facility! Friendly staff at the front desk! And very knowledgeable and friendly instructor!!

The classes are always fun. There are people of all levels and the instructor gives alternative movements if something feel difficult. The instructor also teaches proper form throughout which reduced injury and has taught me more body awareness. I enjoy how the class starts and ends with an intention. This makes it not only good for the body but also the mind. These will get you sweating and though in the moment I am pushing myself, afterwards I feel good within myself.

I love the challenge of the classes, including the continuous pace (few to no breaks). This is ideal for people with some yoga experience and who are already in good shape. I also appreciate the friendly instructors! It would be nice if there were more classes for beginners though, with some hands on help with form. My husband is interested in signing up, but there are almost no beginner classes at my local studios.

Danielle is very good, patient, prepared, and encouraging. She is the reason I keep going back as I generally don't like yoga all that much. I'm forced to attend because of my wife!
