The first class I took was a candlelight C2 with Kathleen. After the first 5 minutes of class I knew this is what I needed and knew I had to implement Core Power into my weekly workout routine. The pace of class was perfect. The heat from the floor and from above, PERFECT. The music, PERFECT! I'm obsessed and looking forward to becoming a regular. THANK YOU!

The instructors! I particularly enjoy Zeynep U, Mireia N, Micki, Grace T, and Isabella T at the Duboce location.

I love this location and it is my goto one.
I wish the sculpt classes were not back to back with cy2, since the room gets really really hot in such cases.
I also wish that there was a scale in the facility as well

HPF classes FTW! Please add more! Emma and Sydney are great teachers. I would love to workout more with them on HPF classes more frequently every week.

Instructors are great, the place is clean. Most importantly, shower is available.

Aquil is AMAZING and i loved his class! Layout of bathroom is weird though, weird to have bathroom sinks be behind the toliets though

I LOVE the sculpt classes at CorePower! I frequent the Dubose and Rockridge studios. All of the instructors are fabulous and the studio always clean. : )

I do with there were more sculpt classes at Golden Triangle which is closer to my home.

Welcoming environment despite the challenging classes. Our instructor was so motivating and great, offering modifications to accommodate people at all levels. The studio is very nice as well, clean and spacious with great facilities.

Very convenient with tools (web portal and mobile app) to book, cancel and dealing with billing and memberships. Also many studios within San Francisco makes it very easy to participate in classes, considering my schedule and locations of the day and week. Studio has min needed things for free to use, such as locker, shower, shampoo/conditioner/body-wash and water fountain. Friendly staff and teachers.

Love it, it has taken me from a very dark place to a better place.

I love yoga sculpt and the proximity this studio is from my apartment. Mitchell and Sophie are my favorite instructors here. I have taken other sculpt classes with other instructors and these two are my personal favorites. They are relaxed, have great vibes, and great playlists.

I do wish the studio was more clean. It feels dirty to walk around by the lockers and the bathrooms.

It was a great workout

The class itself was great! The instructor was amazing and the studio was clean. However, I feel like this last particular class I was in just jam-packed all of us in the studio like sardines. For context, there was a man to the left of me who was just dripping sweat all over my mat and the woman in front of me with crusty heels would keep stepping over my mat while doing the exercises which both were just overall really gross. I am generally pretty understanding if a little sweat lands on my mat or if someone occasionally accidentally stands on my mat but in this situation, it was just very clear that there were too many people in the studio. My only feedback would be to only decrease the number of people they allow in per class to make the experience better.

I love CJ!! I can hear him loud over the music. He’s so motivating and fun! I love that the routine was different for each studio.

Erin was totally amazing and she kicked my little booty! I thought the class was so fun and engaging, really got me to target the key muscle groups I was hoping it would, and it was easy to follow along even for someone who is not very familiar with yoga (despite is fast pace). I am very sore and very happy. Thank you CPY and thank you Erin!
