I love the upbeat staff and the classes are hard, but - wow - do I feel powerful (inside and out) afterwards!
The teachers and staff are very friendly and make it feel like home - always welcoming me by name and asking how I'm doing. The facility is very clean and neat, however the locker / changing room areas are designed a little funny in that it gets clogged between the lockers and the studios. Also, I believe the studio recently turned on additional heat in the studios which makes the floor very hot - too hot to the point where it hurts my feet even through my mat. If we could turn it down a bit that would be great :)

LOVE CorePowerYoga! Decided to give the free week a try. I am typically a bit nervous to try a new studio (been at my current studio over 2 years), but after the first class, I felt new inspiration and growth.
Loved the class I took with David Ca, Yoga Sculpt. To my surprise it pushed me to work out as hard as I choose, or scale back. I am a fan and quickly after the first week, post vacation (because on vacation I was excited to get back to class), I signed up as a new member!
Highly recommend this studio. Only downside (for me) is that from time to time, class is fuller than I like. Clean, comfortable, beautiful studio and the sunlight pouring through the windows adds inspiration and beauty.
