Good swimming instructor for my grandsons.
My family and I are signed up for the regional family membership and I appreciate that we have access to all the branches in the FW area at a very affordable price. The sports for the children are great. My only complaint is that all sports aren't available at all branches and we are either unable to commit/participate in some sports only available at branches because of the commute. In the past, when the East Side Y was open, every sport was available at the branch for practices and games. It was self contained. Now we have to find a way across town during rush hour traffic for practices and games. As a result, we have missed several soccer seasons and flag football that aren't available at the Y on our side of town EFW.
They offer something for everyone
I love my water aerobics class on Tuesdays and Thursday and the instructor is excellent.
I loved and thoroughly enjoyed my swimming lesson my instructor Bridget was the best and I learned how to swim in 4 days and I learned so many other things and I can even dive into the water, swim on my back, swim on my tummy and float in the water. I had wanted to learn to swim every since I was 5 years old and because of the YMCA I have reached a life long accomplishment.
The hip hop step aerobics is the ONLY reason I visit this YMCA...I wish it was one closer to home, but DeMarcus's class is so much fun! I do appreciate the fact that this YMCA is always clean!

What I like most about the programs are the people that they have instructing the activities.

I like the group exercise programs. I also appreciate that the facility has several exercise machines. It's always clean & the staff are kind.
They keep the kids involved with interactions, social skills, learning and having fun. The field trips are wonderful experiences.
I enrolled my grandchildren for swimming lessons, it was very informative for me and my grandchildren, they started out with safety issues and parents permission to go into the pool that was cool. They got their certificate of completion. Great instructor and life guards.

I appreciate the summer Water Aerobics class. The instructor is wonderful and the class is fun. Parking is abundant and staff friendly. However, I wish more and a variety of classes were available (like downtown) and that there plans for an indoor pool.

car.It give me and my gkids something to less money, so they can have a place to go
and have fun and enjoy themselves.Also were you can improve your health and be invoke and meet often people .Getting away from everyday life and find somethings to add to your day of fun and smile.

Staff members ALWAYS speak. They may not always remember your name but they're good with remembering faces. Coach Black & Coach AJ have been phenomenal with keeping members, non-member, visitors and players in the basketball area in line, safe and respectful. Every inch of the building is kept clean and smells clean. Myself & my family enjoys this location!
Instructors were patient with my 5 year old son. He was able to learn new skills and water safety. Thanks for helping my little guy!
Grateful they have swimming, the staff are great, clean, don’t allow negative activity, welcoming atmosphere bathrooms and equipment is what I need although time limits me from doing what I would. Marilyn ; )
