What do you like about our programs and activities?

You have programs and activities especially designed for older participants. Water aerobics and Yoga are two examples. I enjoy Silver Sneakers classes.

Since January 2013 have bee coming to yoga Wednesday evenings. Clean, offers lots of classes.

Love the indoor track and the "pull-up" machine, also the non-motorized treadmills.

Although I only attend 2 programs/classes 3x week, there is a lot of variety to choose from including a weight room and bikes. The walking track is convenient especially In inclement weather. Staff is friendly

I haven’t participated in group activities, but appreciate the track to walk & the rowing machine & other weight machines!! I’m think about swim activities for older adults

Re: Silver Sneakers. Classes age and time appropriate. Classmates are terrific with the
exception of those two mean boys who sit next to me in the far corner. You know who you are.
And Shani is the best!

Convenient and friendly. I do wish we had classes for silver snickers like at 9am instead of 11am. I do love our instructors 😊
