If classes could be a little smaller, that would be nice. Silver Sneakers 👟 for one or offer more classes, maybe. A couple Zumba classes in the daytime would be great. I use to really enjoy the Zumba class. I understand that it is very difficult to get instructors and that's a real problem. Thankyou for what y'all can share.

the staff is very friendly and helpful and the exercise courses are fun and challenging. the only thing that is needed is a update from the dated and failing interior and an expansion to include a hot tub, more exercise classrooms and an outdoor water park like the other YMCA's have.

We just use the track and workout room, and we are very happy with the way you maintain everything. Very positive atmosphere!
Your teams at the front desk are spectacular. They are so knowledgeable. Still need more fans along front wall facing pool. Machines are always repaired quickly.
I don't use the programs or activities. The staff seem too businessy. They don't seem very engaged with the members. If you took a little extra time getting to know your members you might learn that they have deep pockets.😁
Love the body combat class! I live way closer to the downtown ymca but go to Benbrook for this class! So fun!
Haven't tried the activities yet. We are thinking about it. We love going there to walk and get on the elliptical.

Would love a sauna at Benbrook or more hours for Y playhouse at downtown
I love being able to walk inside regardless of the weather. The Y is always clean and well kept. Nice staff and people attending. I've recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.
Indoor pool and childcare while I workout
The child care is great and I love the group fitness!
I do the Body Balance class.
For me it is the staff. Especially the morning staff during the week. They are excellent. It has a family atmosphere.
