Christine’s water exercise classes
The variety of exercise programs that are offered. The motivation to exercise more by offering incentives for coming to the Y. The staff is so professional and caring. Cheryl at the front desk took the time to call me and let me know the pool was closed due to heater issues. How nice of her to save me a trip .
It is very helpful that you open at 5:00 a.m. on weekdays, and at 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays! Early morning lap swimming is the best!!!

Exercise classes
The instructors I’ve had have been fantastic; friendly informative, concerned for our safety as we exercise.
I like water aerobics and silver sneakers programs. They have numerous activities and equipment.
I like the consistency and variety of classes. Northwest is the closest branch to me but they don’t offer as many yoga type classes as often during the week with times that are convenient.
Wonderful staff and tremendous instructors! Clean facility.

We love our Benbrook YMCA. The staff is amazing. They treat you like family. I always recommend our Y to everyone. We love the walking track, the gym and in the future the pool and pickle ball. The staff is awesome.💖💖💖

Good classes and wonderful instructors. I advise hearing protection though. I used a decibel meter because I’m concerned about hearing loss and I found that the body pump classes cause hearing loss in just one class! The body balance classes are not in that range but everyone’s but Holly’s are uncomfortably loud. Also last summer the classrooms were so cold that I pulled a muscle in body balance. It’s not ideal to deeply stretch in a cold environment and it’s not like sweating isn’t healthy for people. I still am healing that injury after several months. So if the classes weren’t loud and cold, they would be perfect. The instructors are top notch.
Aquatic swimming lessons are lively and helpful. I participate three mornings a week. Staff are friendly.
Lately there have been some technical issues resulting in closure of the pool for a few days at a time. Disappointing but at least repairs get made.
Friendly staff, good class options, and lots of equipment
Staff is friendly. The machines are a little cluttered but everything is clean and organized. Great place for basketball, indoor running, and swimming year round.

Everything! I drank the YMCA punch, this place is amazing, all that they do for families, for peoples health and wellness. The community they create, the gym that feels like a family - not a meat market!

I absolutely love Madison and the other ladies at the counter!!!! The clubhouse staff is also amazing!!! My granddaughter loves going and the facility is so extremely well kept and clean. Great place for the entire family and it feels safe. Thank you and your entire staff for the outstanding customer service !!!
