We LOVE Coach Kathy (swim team) and Coach Karen (swim strokes). They have made all of our children love swim.
We also appreciate Teresa and Cheryl, who are always welcoming and helpful when we are at the Y.
And last but mot least, the Y Playhouse staff has been incredible. Sarah, Stephanie, Kate, and Dominique, in particular, are wonderful with the kids.
You have a great variety of programs, your staff is wonderfully helpful, your facilities are by and large terrific (though you could enlarge the swimming pool), and your location is great.

Water aerobics, silver sneakers chair yoga
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The facility was spotless from restrooms to workout rooms.
I love the instructors, they have all been amazing and engaging. My boys love all the programs they've participated in and I really feel like the instructors that work with the kiddos are out of this world. I've told others about Benbrook YMCA and how great it is and I will continue to do so.

I enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes and the inside track. I'm looking forward to doing Yoga and trying a Barr class.
Everyone is very welcoming. I knew it was my YMCA the minute I walked in the door. The instructors are all really good at what they do. And they are all good people. There is a lot of choice offered for classes and equipment.

Staff is very friendly, and the facility is clean and well cared for. After working out there consistently for several months (recently moved to the area), I scheduled time with a personal trainer that was very helpul in improving my regimen to see better gains for my efforts. The equipment is well maintained, and I would highly recommend!

Senior sneekers and water aerobics
I love the friendliness of everyone there. I love how people of all ages can workout in the same gym and respect one another’s time. Love it here!
There is something for everyone. Classes and programs exist for kids, seniors and everyone in between. That helps the whole family to move and stay healthy.
I love the number of different opportunities one has to choose from. Everyone there is very helpful in when one has questions.
The silver sneakers chair yoga is awesome we try to go three times a week me and my friend Monday Wednesdays and Fridays sometimes we don't make it due to other things going on in our lives but I basically like those classes
The Benbrook Y is the BEST! There's a great sense of community. The classes are great and the instructors are amazing. This is where I go to get happy.
Love pickleball
Personal training is great; love Y Warrior, Body Balance and Body Combat! Carissa is amazing! Miss Holly does a wonderful job with the girls in ballet! Childcare is the best of any gym I’ve been to!
5:00 am pool opening on weekdays and 7 am pool on Saturday: early morning lap swim each morning. (Please continue to minimize swim teams that use the pool in morning hours!!!!)

Cost to be a member seems affordable, variety of equipment, classes, pool facility, hours open.
The staff always say hello when I walk in or ask how I am. Family focused and variety of ages!
