What do you like about our programs and activities?

The YMCA has filled my need for many opportunities for physical exercise and great fellowship with other senior adults .There are plenty of choices for group classes along with large numbers of exercise machines, swimming pool, and indoor gym and walking track to meet the needs of everyone who desires to stay active and healthy. There are great group class instructors and personal trainers who encourage us to become fit and fabulous!!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mostly use the cardio, resistance machines and the cycling class. The exercise classes seem well planned and there is a lot of diversity in the types of classes available.
