Muy daughter loved Michael, he was really patient with her and made the class really fun so she always looked forward to go to class. The only thing that I'd have loved from the program is for it to offer the continuing stage, giving the option to keep the same instructor so the kids could have some consistency and bc the instructor would know exactly what needs to be worked on and what are the strengths of the students.

It's always clean the staff is friendly and I enjoy the classes.
The number of locations
At this time I'm only using the bike, recommended by my Doctor, maybe next 3 months will begin using more programs.
I used to do aerobics in the water, but it was hard for my bones, as I have arthritis, so the jumping and standing up in the pool was no benefit to me.
My arthritis is better, but it still cold for me, on late Spring or Summer I will using more.

Love, love our Mermaid Water Exercise classes with Julie Crawford Thomas! (Although the water is still too cold! 😂) Ryan Family Y is truly part of my family! The staff is simply THE BEST!
The exercise room is widespread with all types of equipment.
It is conveniently located to my daily route so I can stop in whenever I have time.
You all make it fun and comfortable. Even for beginners like myself.

Everything..from the free (exercise on your own) equipment provided for us. The services of a personal trainer, the assorted classroom activities, in aerobics, swimming, and others. in addition, the new friends we meet, and get to bond with.
