The classes are geared towards all ages. I’m in the seniors classes but there are other classes for all ages. The instructors all have their own style of directing us but the main emphases is for us not to hurt ourselves and do what we can do to stay active.

At the the Ryan YMCA Tiffani is a wonderful teacher and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rosa keeps the facility looking great .

The staff is so friemdly, especially Rose who was promoted, but still finds time to talk to the members. The housekeeping Rosie is also smiling while she works. The activities for seniors iare picking up some, could be better, but they are trying.

I love the classes- it’s a sweet community and helps keep me motivated toward health. The workers at Ryan are incredibly kind and welcoming and I love the community feel.

Everything.. all the machines, personal trainers provided, exercise classes and instructors, swim classes, classes on nutrition, my wife and I are part of “silver sneakers,” and have bern coming for 15 years.. since 2009… keep up the good work.. ❤️👍

The facility is always clean the people that work there are very nice and I fully enjoy the water aerobics.

The classes are fine and the pool very nice since you put the easy access ramp in.
Don't care for the Thurs Silver sneakers class being locked out like children. The whole thing is rediculous. I wasn't part of any of it but heard plenty.. It's like a few spoiling it for the whole.
