The Ryan ymca has always been such an amazing gym with great programs, I have been coming here for around 8 years and I can genuinely say the staff is always so welcoming and kind. Elva always cheers me up with her uplifting words, and over all everyone is so sweet. I love the programs at the gym because they range from high weight lifting classes to relaxing yoga ones, no matter what mood I’m in, there’s always a class just right for me. The equipment is great for my personal workouts and I love the atmosphere feeling like true community, over all such a great gym. #grateful! :)

I enjoy the silver sneakers exercise classes, muscle mix class and line dancing class. I would love to join in the senior strength class, however it's always full.
