I have been coming to this gym for awhile now and when I first signed up, I choose a group class that I thought would be easy. Cycle class. Boyyy was I wrong. Easy? No. I was struggling on the incline. 🫣 But, there were so many people in there giving me tricks to help me. They were so kind. After that, I tried body pump. And again, I had such kind people setting up my bench everyday and showing me the ropes.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that the group classes bring so many people together as a community and this YMCA branch has some of the most kind hearted people because of it. ❤️
Thank you for having so many different options of classes, times (morning& night), and different levels. I am not yet a silver sneaker, but I do love that y'all have those classes to accommodate. We also love the kid's classes. My kids loved getting out of the Playhouse and going to "PE".
The staff are great. From the front desk to the instructors, massage therapist and trainers.
I started with the Y last September with a water aerobics class and moved inside when the pool closed and started walking on a treadmill and doiing some core training on the abdominal and back machines to strengthen my lower back. I am so glad I did. It has made a huge difference in my health and I have lost 8 pounds since I started. I would definitely recommend the Y for anyone who wishes to improve or maintain their physical health and mental health.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. The classes are run very well.
I haven't tried any of the programs or activities, but the exercise equipment is kept in good working order and the front desk staff is stellar.
Love the exercise classes for seniors and water aerobics in the summer. Would love an indoor pool.

I like that there’s a practice during the week and then a game or performance over the weekends. This year it gave my child an opportunity to bond with her teammates by seeing them twice a week, and focus on either practice (learning) or the game (applying what she learned and practiced during the week).
The coach was great, very patient with the kids and they ended up improving so much during the season!

The families are very inclusive, the coach is supportive and the kids had alot of fun. Didn't have a single issue. Definitely recommend to join.
Northwest YMCA is the best at everything! Everywhere else wishes they could be as fire as NW! NW is banger!
The once a week practice and Saturday games are nice. We appreciate that our kids get to play on the requested teams.
