Is good to have GYM for Ativeties good for health and I love it. I don't mine to recommend to a friends and families. 🙂

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Jason was a great teacher. He kept my boys engaged and encouraged them to work hard while in the water. Both boys are more confident swimmers now.

We loved that our kids could be in a lesson together. We liked the variety of skills they learned in the pool, and the kids loved their instructor!

I love the combination intensity and support from the trainers. Y Warrior with Marcy is my go to. We push each other to be stronger and Marcy continually comes up with new and creative ways to challenge us.
The Y is my sanity when everything has become chaos.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I went to my very first Silver Sneakers class last week. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was not able to keep up with all of the movements but was encouraged to work at my own pace. Left there tired but very happy.

The private swim lessons option this year was perfect. And we loved having Josh Z. as our instructor!

All the lifeguards are very friendly. Jayson taught my daughter swim lessons and worked very well and was patient with her.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I ;have been recommending your location. All the equipment you need and a good group of people that are exercising with you. Staff is very friendly and sometimes even know ;your name on sight. Always greeted coming and going. The building itself is always at the right temperature and clean as can be. I like your location. It happens it is on my way back into Fort Worth from Alliance. So before I get relaxed and don't want to go back out, I can work out while I am still in work mode. Yes I like the Northpark YMCA

The SilverSneakers is a lifeline for me. At 76 it is essential to keep me physically fit and socially active.
