What do you like about our programs and activities?

I come Monday to Friday for SilverSneakers exercise class, Zumba, and Water Fit. The exercise keeps me healthy and I’ve made some great friends. When we can we play a friendly game of Pickleball. I recommend the YMCA to everyone young and old alike.

Absolutely LOVE the Silver Sneakers classes! I'm kicking myself for not getting involved in them sooner since I've had my membership at the YMCA for some time now. The instructors are engaging and the classes while gentle are very effective.

Swim class was professionally done. The facility is nice. But I think the ladies locker room area needs updating! It’s a little dull and needs a feminine touch.

Mainly the people who work there. They take the time to greet each person by name, as we enter and leave. All the staff, that I get to meet early in the morning, are great about making each person feel welcome.
