It gets me off the couch. The instructors are great. The people that work there are friendly. I have several friends that go there and we all enjoy it. Great place to get together and have fun and get our exercise.

Senior exercises and community feel, with periodic group activities (trips to local sites such as museums, potluck dinners, relevant seminars on issues seniors face). There in an emphasis on faith and patriotism. There is also a healthy cultural diversity.
Carrie, the one Silver Sneakers, instructor, has taught me so many safety health tips. She explains to her class why so many moves prevents injury. You go girl !!!!!!!

Friendly staff good assortment of equipment
The fellowship, front desk how they greet you with a warm smile. The class instructors are knowledgeable about the human body. Coming to a place that is clean, well stocked with supplies and all kinds of different equipment for exercise. Plenty of parking spaces. Ideally located from my residence. The staff and committee workers bring in guest speakers, companies that help with; insurance (car & life), nutritionists, a variety of trips. The fact that when I enter the YMCA at North Beach, I feel the Love.
