Great equipment, nice environment and nice staff.
My husband and I love going to the Y to exercise! It close to our home and has so many machines to choose. It is always clean and cool place to work out! The summertime is really too congested with all the kiddos there. That is really my only complaint!

I absolutely love everything about this location, the lady’s at the front desk are always super sweet, and my children love going to the playhouse. 10/10
I like the senior programs. I would like to see more of them Seniors are the main part of class programs but there is not enough room for the most popular classes nor enough variety. You have some good instructors you just need more. Senior Tai Chi would be great. Red Cross has a senior class for the more disabled folks also.
My daughter enjoys the class and is learning to swim so it’s a double win!

My daughter has done volleyball for 4 years. I’ve coached 11 teams. Love the environment and camaraderie. For kids, it’s a great place for any skill level to learn and grow and have fun and make friends. For me as a coach, the Y offers me the opportunity to help the young’uns thrive.
The instructors for the Silver Sneakers and Zumba are great.
Always very kind and helpful! They have a really wide range of activities available for all ages which has been wonderful for our family.
I love that Northpark YMCA is extremely affordable, clean, staffed by friendly people, and frequented by kind locals. I am usually able to use the workout equipment that I need. I do not feel that I am paying for services I don't use - the monthly membership includes everything I need and use for my own health and wellness!
I wish that the music was not quite so loud, especially during group classes. Please consider turning down the music to protect the hearing health of your gym attendees. There is a huge hearing loss epidemic in the US: 1 in 7 Americans currently are hearing impaired, including 1 in 7 teens; hearing loss is our third most common chronic health condition, ahead of diabetes and cancer; and these numbers are expected to rise. Most gym attendees listen to their own music anyway and need to turn up the volume to unhealthy levels in order to drown out gym music.

The day care is specially a relief for a mother with small kids. Rest all classes are really good and the atmosphere is of gym is very good.

Amazing staff , great facilities, people who come and use are kind and friendly.
I like how is a safe environment with a fast learning system, the sessions I picked for my kids were groups, but the instructors are able to work individually with each kid need. My kid has learned about water safety and how to feel comfortable in only 2 weeks. There’s not time wasted on this classess and that makes a huge difference, I had my kid going to one of those aquatic school and for months the kid was always doing the same, at the YMCA they have truly learn how to swim.

Since my wife and I are retired, we go during the week, while everyone else is working...don't have to wait for machines!
Love the classes for seniors. The facilities are always clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

I love the family oriented environment and the staff are great. The Northpark location is always kept clean and comfortable.
I enjoy how much the programs were welcoming both at the coach level and at the financial level. The kids enjoy the environment and have made new friends while fostering a sense of competition.
