For yrs I have enjoyed doing senior water aerobics at the Y & having massages by Dayo! The staff is very friendly!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Walking in the Swimming pool because of back problems. It’s the only exercise I can do without pain and I feel so much better .

Great staff that’s very courteous and helpful! The facilities stay running including jacuzzi, steam and sauna!

Like how the give back to the community! Good etc!

Excellent instructors in BodyPump classes.
Good hours for classes. Clean facility.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room all wonderful for a complete work out.

Friendly helpful staff and I love the Body Flow classes that Carissa gives! I get such a complete workout including strengthening, balance and flexibility.
