The downtown Y is spacious, with good equip and facilities and kept clean. The staff is also usually friendly.

I enjoy the access to the basketball courts, swimming lanes, whirlpool, wellness room to practice my yoga and of course all of the weight lifting machines. Thank you

I've never participated in any of the programs. I prefer the flexibility of my own routine using the machines and equipment avaiable.

Since you're asking for feedback, when is the downtown Y going to start providing towels again? I hate having bring my own towel.

I like that you are now open on Sundays.
Johnnie is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. She gets results, motivates me, and yet is still kind and wants to understand my fitness goals.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Mostly I utilize the cardio and machine weights. On a few occasions, I have participated in the chair yoga class and the spin class. The schedule allows me to come and go as my schedule permits. In other words, no committment.
