Our particular caregiver is thoughtful, she actually does care for us, courteous, willing to do what we need, she is happy and always ready with a good tale for us. The company has trained personnel. Taylor is compassionate and engaging with my husband. Although he was originally annoyed about my bringing a care giver into our home twice a week, he now looks forward to spending time sharing his memories with her.
I also appreciate Taylor keeping me updated on how each visit went. Staff is also flexible with necessary time changes, as various appointments arise my family members.

The scheduling we desired has been done with very little disruption. Staff are very pleasant and easily jump right into our home. Their experience is mostly aligned to what our requirements are and bring varied ideas for us and our home. My needs are centered around physical problems and they have been able to address those problems and provide methods to help me to mostly move through them.
