Most of the caregivers have been pleasant and professional; however, I believe that a number of the caregivers need more help in knowing how to help us.
I also want to say that I was most disturbed to have checks missing and my handicapped placard missing, and you had no way of discovering who the culprits were
I moved to The Woodlands 2 weeks ago. I contacted At Your Side prior to the move to set up care for my husband. I have been so impressed with their competent and compassionate service. They are so organized and on top of things. I get a weekly schedule and if I have any questions there is always someone to talk to. They are always there to help. I would highly recommend them.
