Our care/respite worker, Sarai, is absolutely phenomenal. She is flexible, communicative, professional, on-time, takes initiative, and so is kind, gentle, and caring with our (non-verbal) son. She is truly a grounded, reliable, and wonderful human being and we feel very grateful that she is in our lives. In a field where this is so much turnover, it's been so encouraging to have a consistant support for our son- who is familiar with him, understands his likes/dislikes, understands how he communicates (and can infer what he's wanting or trying to tell her), and treats him with care and respect. We are so grateful to ComForCare for hiring such an incredible individual.

This was a really good experience for my dad who had been discharged from the hospital and did not want to go to a skilled nursing facility but needed round the clock care that we could trust. The communication and scheduling was very efficient. Response time for questions answered was expedient. The staff was friendly and helpful to him and very dependable. He had transportation to doctor appointments and medication and meal times made easier for him while he was able to get his strength back. Our family really appreciates the help my dad needed during this time, and sincerely it was wonderful to know he was in good hands. Thank you!

We (Mom and I) love the people! Erica and Andrea made setting up Mom's care and the scheduling so easy. Invoicing is great - Tamara is super helpful. The caregivers are wonderful - everyone has been really great with Mom and we love Kayla, who is the usual caregiver. Anyway, everything has worked out well and we really appreciate working with everyone.

At Your Side Home Care is the best. The owners, Ali and Alta take work diligently to provide the best care for their clients. They carefully vet their caregivers and constantly monitor the care they provide. If you are a Veteran who is entitled to VA benefits, Ali, who is a Veteran himself, will help you navigate the system to get the benefits you need. Without Ali's help, my husband would not have the caregiver support that he has. It has made a world of difference in dealing with my husband's Alzheimer's.
