The office staff were always on top of things and good about letting me know of potential schedule changes, overtime, etc. They worked with me to find a different aide when there was a personality mismatch with my mom, who is very stubborn. All of the aides were uniformly very good at their job and reliable. They always did their best to help my mom with her daily activities regardless of her mood. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

The aids are caring and compassionate, as are the nurses and administration, who are competent and available around the clock. Then when my aunt needed companionship at Vi, you were able to make this happen quickly. The presence of these visits helped to calm my aunt as she was very anxious about me having to return back to California & shortly after that, having to leave the country. So my heartfelt gratitude for providing this service.

Our Care Coordinator Manager (Kristin T.) is very responsive and helpful. She got care started for my mom very quickly. We are very happy with the service.
The owner, Tiffany is very responsive to your concerns. The caregivers taking care of Mom have treated her with dignity, respect and excellent care. We have only used the service for a short time but the experience has been positive.
