The feeling of reassurance that washed over me when I had my first conversation with Mary Louise Champagne was such a release of all the worries and unknowns about managing to keep a declining senior in her home for just a few months more so she could be with her beloved pets. She knew everything I needed to know about setting up a live-in caregiver and in less than a week, Stacey was in my friend's home. Stacey is attentive to my friend, literally at all hours of the night on occasion, and understands the quirky ways the mind of a dementia patient works. She's a creative problem solver and a good cook. When Paule, a substitute had to come in temporarily, she stepped right in, adapted right away, and took care of my friend. I am grateful that this service exists, the communication is excellent and I commend the caregivers for their hard work which can be very challenging!

The staff is always responsive to any requests, and often check in to see if there is anything else that they can do. My parents care is always their first priority and the caregiver is always extremely patient and accommodating.

The office staff were always on top of things and good about letting me know of potential schedule changes, overtime, etc. They worked with me to find a different aide when there was a personality mismatch with my mom, who is very stubborn. All of the aides were uniformly very good at their job and reliable. They always did their best to help my mom with her daily activities regardless of her mood. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
