The owners, John and Debbie Kipps, are warm, friendly, responsive and very professional. They take great care in vetting their employees and we have been very happy with every care giver they've sent us. They are the 4th company I hired, referred to me by a Capital Caring Hospice nurse, and I wish they had been the FIRST company I worked with. They are wonderful, such peace of mind they've given me!
Our experience with ComForCare has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have one caregiver four days a week and another one day a week. When we need assistance on the weekend, the same caregivers come. It's so helpful and comforting to leave my mother-in-law in the care of someone who knows her and takes excellent care of her. They get her showered, dressed, and fed in the morning. They help her in the bathroom. They clean her bathroom and assist with other chores around the house. It has been incredibly helpful to share her care.
When we began with ComForCare, we only needed occasional weekend care. We had most of the same people coming and every single one of them was completely competent and kind to her. In the last year, we've needed more assistance so we have steady care. We are so grateful for ComForCare.
Helpful & try to make sure our shifts are covered. All sides have been nice as well. I have given referrals to friends & colleagues in case they need these services for their loved ones.
We've had a very good experience with ComForCare over the past year to provide care for our 97 year old mom. The aides are well trained, compassionate and caring people. They arrive on time and provide excellent services. The main office staff responds immediately to any issues or scheduling requests that may arise over time - there have been no billing problems. I would recommend ComForCare without any reservations.
I work with ComFoCare for the 24-7 care services for my father. The go-between is Caring Considerations (Sara). Both organizations were well together to coordinate care for my father, so I'm very well pleased with both.
Communication is great! The office staff is always communicating with us about what is happening if an aide is unable to make the shift and they are successful in finding temporary care. The aides have all been great with my mom. They understand my moms needs and inform us if they notice a change in her daily routine or activity.
ComForCare is a wonderful service that provided high quality care for my husband. The owners are dedicated to their goal of supporting families at the most difficult times.
Our caregiver was absolutely wonderful in every way. She was well trained and knowledgable about the needs of a person with serious medical problems. She was totally dependable. And most importantly, she was a caring, sensitive person who my husband learned to trust. I do not think we could have achieved our goal of keeping him at home without having our ComForCare health aide.
Comfocare is the BEST caregiver in the DC Metro Area. We have had many other caregivers and Comforcare by far is our #1 choice and we share this with all.
Customer service, kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism flows from the top down in this company. The caregivers have wonderful bedside manners, are cheerful and happy people. The owners John and Debbie Kipps care equally about their employees and their clients, and it shows in everything they do!
ComForCare has been very responsive to our family's needs. Our caregiver is wonderful, supporting both my husband and me. We could not get along without her.
We found ComForCare staff to be very personable and caring. As an added bonus, they maintain some of the most competitive rates in the industry. They were significantly cheaper than the previous care agency with which we had worked. We found Faithlyn, a 24x7 caregiver for my 93 year old mother with dementia, to be especially knowledgeable and helpful. She always puts her clients first.
