Your employee is prompt and considerate. I have had to change the appointment a few times and your company is always considerate, accommodating and kind about making the change.
I would recommend your billing department be able to accept direct payment from the insurance carrier, but it is not a big deal. More a convenience for the client.

The people that they employ are very caring for the most part. My dad, who has dementia, does really well with the more mature and not too loud individuals. A lot of noise makes him more anxious. Recently, we have appreciated the care of Tessa Rasmussen, Lisa Kerr, Karol Stephens, Karissa Sears, Maggie Sutton, and a few others.

ComForCare is great to work with. An aid drives my dad to his hyperbaric chamber appointments and greet him kindly, stay there during his treatment and then drive him home afterwards. They are warm and kind to him.

Our helpers from Comforcare are the best. They take a good interest in our daughter, Mary Lynn's welfare. They are on time & always have a smile on their faces. We as parents are 77 & 78 years of age and we run out of energy. That's when the helpers are really appreciated. They take over, spending time with her in playing games, reading, baking cookies, exercising, etc. We have especially appreciated the overnight helpers which gives us a break form Mary's sometimes wakeful nights. We rarely go anywhere together but can do so with a good feeling knowing her helpers are here with her. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for home care. Our daughter, Mary, is 42 years old and received traumatic brain injuries in a traffic accident 19 years ago. She is wheel chair bound most of the time because of a balance issue from the accident. She has come a long way in her rehabilitation and a great deal of that is because of the one-on-one care that has been given her.

The care of Mom has been great each caregiver has been willing to get to know Mom and encourage her to do those things that she enjoys they have also sought to challenge her in activities that have given her that little stretch she needs.
I have had fantastic communication and information shared with me regarding changes they've seen and/or concerns. I've really felt that each care giver has cared about making a difference in the life of the client they were providing service. I've also see that care extended to others I know have used the service for their loved ones.
I really appreciate knowing that when I need to be at work those who are checking on Mom are giving her the care I would if circumstances were different at this time in my life and my Mom's.
The office has been GREAT to work on schedule adjustments and getting to know Mom from what I've talked to them about and what the caregivers have experienced and that information has been shared within the staff to make the whole experience a success.

Everyone has been so helpful! I've been overwhelmed with taking care of my elderly mother who has Alzheimer's, but ComForCare - staff and CNA Rose - have stepped up and stepped in to offer their reassurance and help me "carry the load". The positive approach of the owners and their expectations that caregivers will adopt the same attitude. The caregivers, most of whom are very capable, efficient, and pleasant.

Management is effective in doing their job and always pleasant to work with. Although there is individual diversity in skill, social skill and reliability in the caretakers that have been sent to me there has not been anyone sent that I have disapproved of. I have been especially pleased with my latest caretaker, Josie, who has been excellent. I also liked very much Katy who was only here for one day.

The ladies that come into the are kind friendly and trustworthy. They come on time and are willing to all do everything that is asked of them.

All the staff, from the owner Bruce, to the Coordinator Leslie to my brothers morning aide, James, are the best and most caring personal care staff out there.
