I have caregivers each week at the same times. We have had probably over 15 different caregivers. Many new people get lost and are late, usually about 1/2 hour. I then need to train the new person, which takes at least 15 minutes. This means I am not able to do what I want in the mornings.
I do like the caregivers and almost all are very competent.
I appreciate knowing who is coming and almost always receive a text with this information.
Other than that, I have really liked the service and already have recommended it to many people.
Thanks for all you do for us.
I thought this was At Your Side. What is ComForCare Home Care?
AYS is very responsive to my text requests since I am a family member that in charge but not nearby.
They are receptive to making sure that my father‘s care is their first priority when providing a substitute.
We have been with a YS for several years now. That speaks for itself
Administration is helpful and caring and was a great help to us when setting up the care for my mom. And there aren’t enough good words to describe how wonderful Ty has been as a caretaker. We owe At Your Side a huge debt of gratitude.
We have not had this service for very long, but have enjoyed it. The caregivers are very kind and helpful. The schedulers have been on top of any changes necessary. All in all, this has worked exactly as we have needed.
We like the care givers who have helped us, especially OZ. She looks for ways to help us that we have not thought of.
It is easy to book help and everyone has gone over and above helping to get help for us when we need it.
Thank you!
Someone picked up the phone or replied soon after every time I called. They kept me informed on the person they were looking for. I felt relieved that someone would be here when we got home from surgery.
We had an urgent need and they responded quickly. We used them for 24 hour care for our father for many weeks. We were pleased with the sitters they provided. I would definitely recommend them.
They came to our rescue immediately for help with our father. The sitters have shown up with very little notice. They have been very caring, respectful and helpful with my father.
I have been using AYS for over 10 years to help my mother with various activities that have become increasingly more difficult for her to accomplish by herself. As with any organization that places caregivers in a personal home, t h ere is never perfection, but in the case of AYS, I believe there has always been consistent progress which, for me, is more important than the elusive "perfect household caregiver." Thats about as truly fair as I can be. I believe that I interact well with the AYS admins and that they know all of the qualities in a prospective giver that are important to my mother and to me, especially feedback and consistent scheduling of medication and other elements of her dsily routine like bathing, dining, and dressing.
